I've been fortunate to know Gwen for at least ten years. During that time, she has demonstrated her many skills which she continues today. Gwen is amazing. We had tight timeframes within which to house hunt while in town and Gwen (very nearly) cleared her calendar, got us in to every place we wanted to see, and was always professional and helpful without being pushy. Her experience and sage advice when dealing with less experienced, less helpful, and less professional realtors and sellers was invaluable. Gwen knows her markets inside and out, and always had done her homework ahead of the game. She was consistently a real pleasure to work with, and not only talked the talk but made it work for us to produce real results. Unfortunately, she has been the exception rather than the rule in our experience with a wide range of realtors in a wide range of circumstances, but this makes her an even greater outlier. Gwen’s persistence and professionalism is rare in her industry, and Watson is very lucky to have her.
