Gwen relocated to the Ocala area in 2020, after very successful careers as a Real Estate Broker in Grand Blanc, Michigan and Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, spanning over a thirty two year period. Her experience includes Office Management, Recruiting, Corporate training, Residential Sales, New Homes, Relocation, Real Estate Training, International Transactions, Resort Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, Distressed Property, Office Brokerage Management and Career Development.
Gwen certainly has an up-close understanding of what relocation is all about. She has over 50 personal moves in ten states. She has been a “Top Producer” in the top 3% nationwide for her franchise, a Relocation Director, Real Estate Trainer and a managing broker for several luxury oriented companies.
She was the 2009 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Jacksonville Region and has served on the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and on the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She has also attained the designations of Accredited Buyers Agent, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Transnational Relocation Certification, Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Career Development Specialist and is a Certified Real Estate Success Coach. She was the 2013 chairperson for the NEFAR Ponte Vedra Council.
In all three states, Gwen has specialized in the marketing of distinctive properties and estates in and around waterfront, mountains and golf course communities. She is a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and has previously been listed in Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. In 2010 she was named Real Estate Industry of the year and placed in the Who’s Who Hall of Fame.
Gwen's hobbies include Stand-up Comedy, golf, dancing, reading, art and music. She has been a volunteer in numerous local and national charities.

I highly recommend Gwen as a professional realtor. I chose her after the realtor I had was very pessimistic about my options and stated it could be months before I find anything. I had three weeks to buy a house and travelled four days a week for my job. Gwen didn't flinch at the obstacle I had in my path. She lined up multiple houses to show me in one day and the very last house we walked through I bought. I am still in that same house and have made it my home.
